New Homeless Shelter Dedicated, Set To Open Later This Year

DENVER (CBS4)- Denver's mayor and other city leaders helped dedicate a new homeless shelter on Thursday.
The Holly Center looks like an empty warehouse now but by the fall it will have 228 beds.
The new center at 39th and Holly will be part of the Denver Rescue Mission.
Construction to renovate the building will begin next month and is scheduled to open later this year.
