Denver Ranks Among Top Cities For Rising Home Prices

DENVER (CBS4)- Denver ranks among the top cities in the nation for rising home prices.

In November 2015, four cities either matched their all-time high or went above their high for home values.

Denver is one of them, along with Dallas, San Francisco and Portland.

Analysts believe solid hiring growth, low mortgage rates and a shortage of housing all contribute to the increases.
