Denver Public Schools Puts All Central Office Hires On Hold

DENVER (CBS4)- Denver Public Schools is putting all new hires in the central office on hold. The district also has decided that all executive-level employees will need to reapply for their jobs.

DPS Superintendent Alex Marrero said the action is to make the district more efficient. DPS expects enrollment to drop by 6% in the next few years.
