Denver Police, FBI Investigating Bank Robbery

DENVER (AP) - Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a man who robbed a bank in south Denver.

FBI spokesman Dave Joly says a man entered a U.S. Bank branch in the 2500 block of South Colorado Boulevard at about 9:30 a.m. Friday, showed a teller a demand note and then fled. The robber is described as white, in his 40s and about 6 feet tall with a thin to medium build.

The Denver Police Department and the FBI are investigating.
