Pedestrian & Denver Police Vehicle Hit In Hit-And-Run Investigation

DENVER (CBS4) - Denver police say one of their patrol vehicles was hit Saturday near 14th Avenue and Delaware Street. Police say the suspect vehicle first hit a pedestrian near 14th Ave. and Broadway.

Several emergency vehicles responded. Police say the patrol vehicle was occupied.

One person was seen being loaded into an ambulance. Police say possibly three people in total were taken to the hospital, but add they have non life-threatening injuries. It's not clear how many are officers or citizens.

Police have not released information about the suspect vehicle.

About an hour later, DPD said one man was arrested in a neighboring jurisdiction. They also say there were a series of hit and runs.
