Denver Firefighters Rescue Dog From Icy Green Valley Ranch Pond

DENVER (CBS4) - Denver firefighters saved a four-legged friend from an icy pond in Green Valley Ranch on Saturday morning. They pleaded with pet owners to keep dogs on a leash and off of the ice.

"Also keep your children & yourself at least 6 ft. from the waters edge. Ice is NOT SAFE so stay off & away," firefighters stated on social media.

Last month, Denver firefighters rescued another dog from an icy pond at the Park Hill golf course.
