Firefighters Battle Tough Fire At Rest La Chupaflor On South Broadway

DENVER (CBS4)- Firefighters in Denver rushed to a fire at a restaurant on South Broadway early Monday morning. When fire crews arrived, they found smoke pouring from Rest La Chupaflor.
Firefighters got the call just after 5:30 a.m. Crews worked on the blaze for 20 minutes before it was under control.
Damage to the building is extensive. The insurance company will make the decision about salvaging the building.
What caused the fire and where it started are still being investigated.
