Denver Animal Control Looking Into Report Of Dog Being Dragged By Truck

DENVER (CBS4) - Officials at the Denver Department of Public Health and Environment say they are looking into a disturbing report of a dog being dragged on Santa Fe Drive. Animal Control officers responded to the area near Interstate 25 and Santa Fe Dr.

They say a truck reportedly dragged the dog, but neither have been found. Officials say the truck had expired, temporary tags.

The case is still under investigation.
