Denver Carjacking Could Be Linked To Littleton Crimes

DENVER (CBS4)- The suspect wanted in a carjacking in Denver on Monday night could be linked to two carjackings in Littleton over the weekend.

Officers rushed to the scene of a carjacking in Denver at Kalamath and Colfax on Monday night.

Two women told investigators that a man with a knife demanded their car keys to the white Kia Soul.

Officers caught up to the stolen car and suspect but the driver rammed a police cruiser before driving away.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his mid-30s.

The first carjacking happened Saturday just after noon at an apartment complex near West Mineral Avenue and South Platte Canyon Road in Littleton. The second carjacking happened about 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the parking lot of the Littleton Museum.
