Broncos To Announce Day 3 Draft Picks Live From Mary Jane
WINTER PARK, Colo. (CBS4) - The Denver Broncos are teaming up with Winter Park Resort this weekend for the NFL Draft.
On Saturday the team will be announcing their selections in rounds 4, 5 and 6 live from the base of Mary Jane, the area of Winter Park that is staying open late this season.
Former Broncos quarterback Jake Plummer will be announcing one of the picks. Jeremy Bloom, the former University of Colorado football player and skier, will announce another selection. A Denver Broncos cheerleader will announce another, and a fan may also get a chance to announce another selection.
The Broncos made the announcement on Wednesday morning, and they said that fans who show up for skiing on Saturday in Broncos attire can get lift tickets for a discounted $50 price.
The NFL Draft's final day starts at 10 a.m. on Saturday. The first round will take place on Thursday night and rounds 2 and 3 will take place on Friday night.
