Broncos Select Fullback Andy Janovich With 6th Pick In NFL Draft
DENVER (CBS4) – The Denver Broncos have picked a fullback with the sixth pick in the sixth round.
The team selected Andy Janovich out of Nebraska.
Took FB Andy Janovich from Nebraska (6th rd). A tough, hard-nosed player who can block & play special teams. An old-school throwback player.

Janovich earned an invitation to the NFL Scouting Combine, most likely due to his special teams play that netted 13 tackles last season.
"Special teams this last year was just a really huge part of my role in general. I'm hoping to just come in, and if special teams is the way I can contribute, then that's what I'm going to do. I just want to come in and compete with everybody," Janovichs said. "I wasn't sure what was going to happen. I'm really excited to come here. I think that fullback is kind of a dying breed nowadays, but I'm excited to come in, contribute and do what I can for the team."
