That's according to Denver investigators, who say Shawn Scott went into the TCF Bank at Broadway and Evans Avenue on Tuesday morning and showed a note demanding money.

After getting cash, he then ran away heading east.

It's a pattern police say Scott keeps repeating, despite having already been caught on camera at the following banks:

- May 25, US Bank, 1248 South Broadway Street

- June 14, Key Bank, 2776 Speer Blvd.

- June 29, Vectra Bank, 401 East Speer Blvd.

Scott has used a bike in past robberies to ride up and get away quickly.

People who work at businesses along Broadway told CBS4 the TCF Bank has been robbed at least twice before.

"We are by the bus stop so bike bandit could think he could probably make a quick stop ... drop on the bus and disappear," said Phillip Felchik, who works nearby.
