Denver Art Museum Announces How It Will Use $25 Million Donation

DENVER (CBS4) - The Denver Art Museum is making plans to spend its largest donation ever.
Board chairman J. Landis Martin and his wife Sharon have pledged $25 million.
The museum will use the donation to renovate the north building.
It's the only completed building in North America designed by renowned Italian modernist architect Gio Ponti.
The plan is to spruce up the building in time for the 50th anniversary in 2021.
