Denver To Close Part Of 48th Avenue For Bridge Work

DENVER (CBS4) - Part of 48th Avenue in Denver will close Monday night as crews work on a bridge over the 48th Avenue Viaduct. The Denver Department of Transportation and Infrastructure says crews will remove asphalt from the top side of the bridge.
The closure will start at 8:30 p.m. and is expected to last until 6 a.m. Drivers will be detoured around the closure.
The entire rehabilitation project is expected to be finished later this year in the fall.
