Denver Leaders Will Make A 2026 World Cup Announcement At Broncos Stadium Thursday

DENVER (CBS4) - With the U.S. women's World Cup victory fresh in our minds, a coalition of leaders in Denver is looking ahead to the men's World Cup in 2026.

The group will announce Thursday an effort to make sure Denver is selected as one of the host cities for the men's tournament.

The U.S. will host the tournament, along with cities in Mexico and Canada. Where the games will be played is yet to be decided. 60 games will be held in the United States.
