Demaryius Thomas Talks Von Miller, Broncos
DENVER (CBS4)- It was this time last year that Denver Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas was in the middle of a contract extension, so who better than to comment on the current stalemate between the team and Super Bowl MVP Von Miller?
DT was at Mullen High School on Thursday for the second day of his football camp.
When asked about Von's contact negotiations, Thomas drew some comparisons to his situation last summer.
"It's tough. It's kind of different for both of us. I was on the offensive side, he's on the defensive side. Just stay patient and hopefully it gets done. I think it will happen. Me and Elway went down to the wire last year, so I think something will happen," said Thomas.
There are just eight days left for the two sides to reach an agreement.
