Demaryius Thomas Grabs 500th Reception

OAKLAND, Calif. (CBS4) - Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas made the 500th reception of his career Sunday.

To reach the mark, Thomas needed two receptions going into Sunday's game against the Oakland Raiders.

He got it in the second quarter, catching a pass from quarterback Trevor Siemian for 12 yards.

In total on the game, Thomas grabbed five balls for 56 yards.

Thomas is only the fourth Broncos player to catch 500 passes in their career with the team.

Rod Smith (849), Shannon Sharpe (675), and Lionel Taylor (543) are the other three.
