Deliberations Resume For Man Accused In Wife's Cliff Death
DENVER (AP) - Jurors have resumed deliberating in the trial of a man accused of shoving his wife to her death off a cliff in Colorado's Rocky Mountain National Park.
Harold Henthorn is charged with first-degree murder in the death of his second wife, a wealthy Mississippi native, in September 2012. Toni Henthorn died when she fell about 130 feet in a remote area where the couple was hiking on their 12th wedding anniversary. Henthorn told investigators she paused to take a photo and fell face-first over the ledge.

Federal prosecutors say Henthorn staged his wife's death to look like an accident so he could collect from her $4.7 million in life insurance policies. Attorney Craig Truman says the death was an accident.
Jurors deliberated about five hours Friday and reconvened Monday morning.
