Teen Sentenced In Deadly Baseball Bat Attack

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - A 19-year-old man who pleaded guilty to beating a developmentally disabled man to death was sentenced on Wednesday to 56 years in prison.

Austin Holford is one of the two teenagers to plead guilty to killing 30-year-old Aaron Tuneberg in Boulder last year. The other teen is Luke Pelham, 19.

Police say Holford and Pelham beat Tuneberg, an at-risk adult, with an aluminum baseball bat and a golf club while trying to steal his video game console.

Pelham pleaded guilty in court on Wednesday morning.
