Deadline Monday Night For Stadium Naming Rights Bids

DENVER (CBS4)- You can call them the Super Bowl Champs. But as training camp starts this week, the name of the Denver Broncos home field is still in limbo.

The company auctioning off the naming rights to Sports Authority Field has set 9:59 p.m. Monday as the deadline for bids. Previous deadlines have passed without any bidders.

The auction is part of Sports Authority's bankruptcy proceedings. The winning bidder would assume Sports Authority's naming rights contract, valued at $3 million per season for the next five years.
