Customers Sue Chipotle Over Calories

DENVER (CBS4)- Three customers are suing Chipotle over calorie counts.

The complaint centers around the new chorizo burrito. Chipotle claims the item is about 300 calories but that only refers to the chorizo meat and not the rest of the burrito.

The entire burrito is at least 700 calories.

Chipotle has not commented on the lawsuit.

This is the latest in a series of issues plaguing the Denver-based restaurant this past year that include E. coli and norovirus.
