CU Study: Drivers With Pot In System During Deadly Crashes On The Rise

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)- A new study from the University of Colorado shows the number of drivers with marijuana in their system during a deadly crash rose between 2009 and 2011.

The study compared Colorado drivers with drivers from 34 other states without medicinal marijuana.

The lead author of the study believes this may be a sign that more people are driving with marijuana in their systems.
