CU Research Shows Similar DNA Among Spouses

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - Beauty may only be skin deep, but apparently attraction is in DNA.

The University of Colorado in Boulder just released a study that finds people are more genetically similar to their spouses than to a random person on the street.

The research suggests people are more likely to pick a mate with similar DNA, which plays a role in a person's race, body type and even education.
