CU Police Make Arrest In Sexual Assault Case & Peeping Tom Incident

DENVER (CBS4) - University of Colorado police in Boulder say they have arrested a suspected peeping tom.

The suspect, identified as Brandon Heginger, 22, is now also linked to a sexual assault case.

Campus police released surveillance video of a man after a woman reported he was looking under the stall in a bathroom at Libby Hall.

Heginger was arrested on sexual assault charges. Officers accuse him of attacking a woman hours before the peeping tom incident on the same day.

Police said Heginger is not affiliated with the university.
