CU Focuses On Domestic Violence Awareness At Homecoming Game
BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - During the homecoming game at University of Colorado-Boulder on Saturday, the university took the opportunity to focus on domestic violence awareness.
October is domestic violence awareness month. The school was recently the subject of a domestic violence reporting scandal.
Saturday, CU football players wore purple ribbon stickers on their helmets.
The field also adorned a purple ribbon in the endzone.
The Buffs defeated the California Golden Bears, 44-28.
