CSU Can Turn Some Heads If They Beat Minnesota On Saturday

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) - It's a big week for head coach Mike Bobo and the Colorado State University Rams.

Savannah State was like a glorified scrimmage after the Rams won 65-13. But this week is going to be a challenge as the Rams host the Minnesota Golden Gophers of the Big 10.

It's the same Minnesota team that gave No. 2 TCU all it could handle. It's a great chance for the Rams to prove themselves against a team from a power conference.

"You've got a Power Five team coming to your home stadium, playing in front of your home people. You want to play well, but at the same time we'll go about doing the same things like we do every week," Bobo said. "We've got to make every game as important as the next."

Kickoff at Hughes Stadium is this Saturday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS Sports Network.
