Crews Make Progress On Pine Gulch Fire Containment

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (CBS4) - Fire crews have made progress on the Pine Gulch Fire burning near Grand Junction. The fire is 17% contained as of Friday evening.

The Pine Gulch Fire, started by lightning on July 31, is now the second largest fire in state history. It has burned nearly 125,000 acres.
