Crews Get Handle On Brush Fire Near Byers In Eastern Colorado

BYERS, Colo. (CBS4) - Firefighters in eastern Colorado have a brush fire burning near Byers under control.

The fire broke out on Tuesday and has burned 100 acres near Highway 40.

Two structures were threatened and one was confirmed burned, although video from Copter4 shows extensive damage to two possible buildings.

The cause of the fire in under investigation.
