Crew Quickly Fixes Early Morning Water Main Break In Lakewood

LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - A water main break caused a traffic snarl in Lakewood Wednesday morning.

A 16-inch main ruptured at West 1st Avenue and Garrison Street early in the morning, but crews managed to get it repaired by about 8 a.m.

The utility said with all the spring moisture, sometimes the mains just break.
