VIDEO: Multiple Crashes Shut Down NB I-25 In Castle Rock During First Snow Of Season

CASTLE ROCK, Colo. (CBS4) - Multiple crashes had northbound Interstate 25 shut down in Castle Rock in the middle of the day on Thursday. The lanes were closed between Tomah Road and Plum Creek Parkway.

MULTIPLE CRASHES: Northbound I-25 is closed between Tomah Road and Plum Creek Parkway in Castle Rock -- the CSP says there are 3 separate crashes involving as many as 21 cars. There's no estimate for when it will reopen.

Sgt. Balke White with the Colorado State Patrol said there may have been more than 21 vehicles involved in three separate crashes. At least one person was reportedly injured but White couldn't provide any additional information.
