There were two injuries in the crash in Jefferson County near Tiny Town, and the highway was closed in both directions afterwards for nearly four hours.

The crash happened just before 7 a.m., and the pickup truck flipped over and landed on top of the median partially in the southbound lanes.

Colorado State Patrol spokesman Nate Reid said the semi rolled over first and then started a chain reaction that caused the pickup to roll.

One of the people hurt was described as having injuries that were moderate. The other wasn't hurt seriously.
