COVID Restrictions: Level Green Counties Allowed 100% Capacity At Indoor Venues, With Stipulations

DENVER (CBS4)- There is an update to the state health order for Level Green counties on the Colorado COVID-19 dial. Those counties in Level Green can hold indoor events with 100% capacity -- with stipulations.

Those attendees must be seated and in groups no larger than 10. Those groups must be 6 feet apart.

Unseated indoor events in Level Green counties are subject to a 50% capacity limit up to 500 people. Organizers of events that exceed 500 people will need to consult with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.

Currently, 33 of Colorado's 64 counties are in Level Green on the state's dial. That is just more than half of the counties in the state. Health officials in Level Green counties can determine mask requirements at the local level.

In Level Blue counties, bars can operate without the requirement of selling or providing food. The updated rules from CDPHE also allow dance floors and games to reopen in bars and restaurants.
