COVID In Aurora: City Employees Take Furlough Day To Save Money During Pandemic

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)- The City of Aurora offices and facilities will be closed on Friday for an employee furlough day. It is a way for the city to save money in response to the financial impact of COVID-19.
However, the city will keep all public health facilities open and will keep all safety services in operation.
Most city facilities will also be closed on Monday, Feb. 15 for the President's Day holiday.
