DENVER (CBS4) – A couple accused of keeping a place of prostitution and human trafficking has been formally charged.

According to Lynn Kimbrough with the district attorney's office, Joshua Billingslea, 33, and Diana Billingslea, 29, have each been charged with five counts of human trafficking, one count of pimping, one count of keeping a place of prostitution, and one count of pandering.

"The charges allege that the couple committed trafficking in adults by leasing women for prostitution purposes," Kimbrough said in a statement. "The charges further allege that they were running a prostitution business under the guise of a massage business."

The Billingsleas are both out on a $25,000 bond. They are scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 27 to be advised of the charges.
