Construction Defect Reform Bill Clears Colorado Senate

DENVER (CBS4) - A measure some say would help encourage more affordable housing is moving through the state Legislature.

The construction defect reform bill would limit the number of lawsuits against builders of condominiums. It passed the Colorado Senate on Tuesday.
