Community Remembers Victims In Flight For Life Crash

FRISCO, Colo. (CBS4)- The community in Frisco gathered on Sunday to remember a Flight for Life pilot killed in a crash one year ago. Two nurses on board were injured.

Flight nurse Dave Repsher has been released from intensive care nearly a year after he was burned over 90 percent of his body.

Nurse Matt Bowe has recovered and returned to work.

The community is creating a memorial to honor the victims and those who rushed to save them.

Crews unveiled the new helicopter that will replace the one that crashed.

There is a memorial service planned for Sunday at the crash site. The permanent memorial will be completed by September.
