Animal Shelter Employees Charged, Shelter Closed Amid Investigation

PUEBLO, Colo. (CBS4) - The former director and veterinarian at a now-closed animal shelter in Pueblo are both facing animal cruelty charges. Linda Mitchell and Joel Brubaker worked at Community Animal Services of Pueblo.
