Child Shot In Accidental Firearms Discharge

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. (CBS4) - A child has been rushed to the hospital after getting shot accidentally.

The child is under the age of ten, but police are not giving his or her exact age.

It happened in the 9700 block of Nucla Street.

Officers say the weapon accidentally discharged, but are not saying what type of weapon it was or the condition of the child.
