Colorado's Gun Debate Will Be Rekindled At The Capitol This Week
DENVER (CBS4) - The gun debate returns to the Capitol Monday.
Republicans have introduced bills to repeal controversial laws passed two years ago. They require background checks on private sales and limits on high-capacity magazines.

The laws resulted in the recall of two Democratic senators, resignation of another, and a lawsuit by Colorado's sheriffs.
Republicans now have control of the Senate and a larger share of the House. Seven gun bills are up for hearings Monday afternoon.
