Colorado Trump Campaign: 'Numbers Are Good'
GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. (CBS4)- The mood at the Republican election night headquarters in the Denver metro area was elated as returns came in in favor of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.
"The numbers are good, the ballot numbers are good, we feel we've got long lines in different places, we've got long lines down in El Paso County, that's good. That's a Republican bastion as people in this state know," said Colorado Trump Campaign Chairman Robert Blaha.
"Nationally things are looking good. A couple of states have come in that are positive, we're still waiting to see what's going to happen with Florida, that's a big one, Georgia's a big one, waiting on North Carolina and of course, Ohio. We've got a number of them and actually there are some blue states that we're feeling good about including Michigan," said Blaha. "So it's going to be an exciting night, it could be a long night, but it's going to be exciting."
