Colorado Town Will Build Memorial For Fallen Air Force Pilot

NEW CASTLE, Colo. (CBS4) - The town of New Castle is planning to build a memorial for an Air Force pilot killed during a deployment to fight the Islamic State.

William Dubois died earlier this month when his F-16 jet crashed in the Middle East.

Town leaders in New Castle, which is east of Glenwood Springs, are still deciding what kind of memorial to have and where it will be.

Dubois grew up in New Castle in Garfield County and graduated from Rifle High School.
