Colorado Symphony Finds Way Around Pot Smoking Law

DENVER (CBS4) - The Colorado Symphony is changing its tune regarding its "Classically Cannabis" concert series.

Last month the symphony announced it would be hosting several "bring-your-own-marijuana" concerts at private venues. But the city of Denver calls the events illegal because they violate the ban on consuming pot in public.

On Tuesday the symphony announced that Classically Cannabis will be private fundraising events with attendance by invitation only.
