Colorado Springs Mayoral Candidate Arrested Once Again

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) - A Colorado Springs mayoral candidate has been arrested again.

Justine Herring, 48, was first arrested last week. Police say she pointed an AR-15 at her common-law husband in a park.

On Monday police were called to the couple's home after she allegedly threw a pipe at her husband. He only suffered minor injuries.

Herring now faces assault charges.
