Colorado River Fire Rescue responds to Gibson Gulch Fire
Crews from Colorado River Fire Rescue have responded to the Gibson Gulch Fire that was reported south of Slit.
So far, the brush fire has reportedly burned two acres in the area of Gibson Gulch/Divide Creek. Air support and the Upper Colorado River Interagency Fire Management Unit have also been called in to battle the fire.
Emergency crews are advising the public to avoid the area.
CRFR crews, along with Upper Colorado River Interagency Fire Management Unit are on the scene of a two acre brush fire in the area of Gibson Gulch/Divide Creek. Air support is being called in.
