'Stay On The Trail': Colorado Parks And Wildlife Spreads Message To Protect Trails
DENVER (CBS4)- Colorado Parks and Wildlife is reminding everyone to stay on the trail. As spring weather warms up, there is typically an increase in the number of people who head outside.
CPW said this time of year, trails are likely a mix of mud, slush, snow and ice at Roxborough State Park and other destinations around Colorado. Those who do plan on hiking should stay on the trail to decrease the expansion of trails and protect vegetation and wildlife.
