Colorado Lawmakers Touring Marijuana Dispensaries

DENVER (AP) — A marijuana industry group is taking Colorado lawmakers on a tour of some Denver dispensaries to show them how the pot business works.

The tour is sponsored by a new industry group called the Colorado Cannabis Chamber of Commerce.

They'll be loading up a handful of lawmakers Friday afternoon to tour some dispensaries and see how they operate.

The Legislature is considering more measures to regulate the newly legal drug this year. A revised proposal to re-do the state's medical marijuana regulations is up for a committee vote next week.
