Report: Colorado Home Sales Dropped For September

DENVER (CBS4) - Home sales are dropping across Colorado, according to the Colorado Association of Realtors.

The new report states the number of single-family home listings sold in Colorado dropped 14.6 percent in September compared to the same month last year.

Sales of townhouses and condos dropped 15.2 percent.

Single-family home sales in the Denver metro area year-over-year fell 15.8 percent.
