Grant Announced To Help Preserve Colorado's Historical Sites

IDAHO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) - Colorado's historical sites will see a nice financial boost soon.

The History Colorado Historical Fund announced Tuesday a $4.5 million grant.

One of the projects includes the Argo Gold Mill and Mine in Idaho Springs.

The mine is expected to get $15,000, while the World's Wonder View Tower in Genoa will get $14,000.

Other funds will be awarded in restoration projects across the state.
