Colorado Drought Documentary To Debut In Limon Saturday

DENVER (CBS4) - Colorado is no stranger to drought, but in recent years one of the worst to hit since the Dust Bowl of the 1930s was documented on the southeast plains.

After months with little to no rain, every wind that blew kicked up the dust, altering the landscape and forever changing lives.

On Saturday "Droughtland," a 45 minute documentary about the severe and life-altering conditions, will make its debut in Limon.

The showing is at 7:30 p.m. at the Lincoln Theater at 245 East Avenue.
