'Colorado Classic' Coming To Denver With Big Names This Summer

DENVER (CBS4) - Bands, brews and bicycles are coming to Colorado as part of a major new event this summer.

On Wednesday Gov. John Hickenlooper, along with former NBA star Bill Walton, and announced the Colorado Classic -- a four-day professional bike race in August.

Spectators will enjoy a massive block party in Denver's RiNo district called Velorama Colorado during the cycling competition.

The festival features live music from Wilco and Death Cab for Cutie, and also local vendors, food and craft beer.
